Our Pastry Chef Chris Wurster is ready to turn your dream cake into reality. Chris is a 4th generation Swiss Baker who spent 8 years apprenticing under his father in New Jersey. He spent a year in Switzerland refining his techniques with Pastry, Breads and Cakes.
